Ordan Trabelsi
President and CEO
Mr. Ordan Trabelsi joined SuperCom in June 2013. Ordan has over 15 years of experience as CEO growing high tech companies globally. He also has experience in research and development, product innovation, go-to-market strategies and leadership of global multi-disciplinary teams, as well as hands-on technology experience in cyber security, encryption, advanced mathematics, and mobile and internet networks technologies, along with experience in strategic mergers and acquisitions and product strategies.
Ordan holds an MBA from Columbia University Business School, New York, and a BSc in Computer Engineering.
Barak Trabelsi
COO
Mr. Barak Trabelsi joined SuperCom in January 2013. He has expertise in big data, cyber, mobile and internet network technologies, and extensive experience in product development and strategies.
Prior to joining SuperCom and commencing in March 2011, he served as Senior Product Manager. Prior to that, for four years, he served as VP of R&D of a wireless, security and internet focused company.
Barak holds a BSc. degree in Computer Science and Business, and an M.B.A. degree.
Lester Villeneuve
Executive Director, LCA
Mr. Lester Villeneuve has recently joined the SuperCom Group as the Executive Director for Leaders in Community Alternatives (LCA). He is also referred to as 'Jake' by friends and colleagues.
Jake is well-versed and experienced in working with a variety of offender risk/need populations, stakeholders, and collaborative partners. He has worked extensively with individuals in contact with the criminal justice system, including several years as a Social Worker in a large urban jail, as a Senior Director of Community Justice for a large non-profit organization, and as the Director of Jail-Based Mental Health Services in San Diego.
Jake holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and an MS in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.
